On Fri., Oct. 22, Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 21-year-old Neptune man on an active warrant issued by the Neptune City Municipal Court. The subject was processed and subsequently released on his own recognizance.
On Tues., Oct. 26 Sgt. Nicholas Morgan arrested a 25-year-old Neptune man for three individual active warrants, issued by the Wall Township, Allenhurst, and Neptune. Municipal Courts. The subject was ultimately released on his own recognizance.
On Sun., Oct. 27, Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 34-year-old Manalapan woman and a 34-year-old Neptune man for a shoplifting from Pop’s Liquors. Both subjects were processed and released on a summons.
On Fri., Nov. 1 Det. Christopher Vanbrunt arrested a 35 year old Asbury Park man for a commercial burglary that occurred on Oct. 2. The subject was charged with burglary and theft, and subsequently committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
On Sat., Nov. 2, Patrolman Cole Emmons arrested a 44 year old Neptune City man for a Monmouth County Superior Court warrant and for certain persons not to have a weapon. The subject was processed and subsequently turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriffs Office and committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
Despite these charges, all subjects are presumed innocent, until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all the trial rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
