The Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests Oct. 29 through Nov. 2.
On Oct. 29 a 35-year-old female resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1400 block of Asbury Avenue and charged with defiant trespass and disorderly conduct. The female was processed at headquarters and released on summons with pending court date. Patrolman William Whitley was the arresting officer
On Oct. 29 a 53-year-old male resident of Brooklyn, NY was arrested in the area of the 900 block of Main Street and charged with defiant trespass and theft by unlawful taking. The male was processed and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Michael McDonaugh was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 29 a 24-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 700 block of Asbury Avenue and charged with defiant trespass. The was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman William Lewis was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 29 a 34-year-old female resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of Second Avenue and Memorial Drive and charged with disorderly conduct. The female was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Sergeant Timothy Griswold was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 29 a 41-year-old female resident of West Milford was arrested at headquarters for multiple contempt of court warrants out of Franklin Lakes, Wayne Township and Asbury Park The female was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolwoman Herline Valcin was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 30 a 37-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1300 block of Springwood Avenue and charged with assault. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Matthew Brown was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 30 a 61-year-old male resident of Neptune was arrested in the area of the 10 block of Main Street and charged with theft by unlawful taking. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Christopher Leahy was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 30 a 51-year-old male resident of Neptune was arrested at headquarters for a contempt of court warrant out of Waretown. The male was processed at headquarters and released on his own recognizance with a new court date. Patrolwoman Tess Martin was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 30t a 39-year-old female resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Memorial Drive for multiple contempt of court warrants out of the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office. The female was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Sergeant Gabriel Carrasquillo was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 31 a 24-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1400 block of Ocean Avenue and charged with defiant trespass. The male was also found to have a contempt of court warrant out of Ocean Township. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons for the Asbury Park charge. The male was then turned over to the Ocean Township Police Department for the warrant. Patrolwoman Herline Valcin was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 31 a 35-year-old female resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of Third Avenue and Boardwalk and charged with disorderly conduct. The female was also found to have multiple contempt of court warrants out of Asbury Park, NJ. The female was processed at headquarters and released on a summons for the charge and on her own recognizance for the warrants. Patrolman Daryl Whitley was the arresting Officer.
On Oct. 31 a 32-year-old male resident of Neptune City was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Langford Street and charged with defiant tress. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Lorenzo Pettway was the arresting officer.
On Oct. 31 a 31-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Langford Street and charged with defiant trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was also found to have multiple contempt of court warrants out of Hunterdon County and Monmouth County Superior Courts. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons for the Asbury Park Charges. The male was transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance for the warrants. Patrolman Lorenzo Pettway was the arresting officer.
On November 1 a 43-year-old male resident of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested in the area of the 600 block of Second Avenue and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance-heroin and cocaine, two counts of distribution of the same, two counts of distribution of the same within a school zone, possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. This incident was the result of a search warrant executed by members of the Asbury Park Police Department and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
On Nov. 1 a 37-year-old male resident of Bordentown was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Main Street and charged with disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Craig Breiner was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 1 a 37-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Main Street and charged with disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman William Whitley was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 2 a 33-year-old male resident of Lakewood was arrested in the area of the 800 block of Comstock Street for a multiple contempt of court warrants out of Howell Township, Neptune and Asbury Park. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Islam Joshua was the arresting officer.
