The Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests Nov. 12 through 18.
On Nov. 12 a 33-year-old male resident of Neptune was arrested in the area of the Fifth Avenue and Bond Street and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance-heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was also found to have multiple contempt of court warrants out of Ocean Township and Woodland Park. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons for the Asbury Park charges and on his own recognizance for the warrants. Patrolman Samuel Rodriguez was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 12 a 30-year-old male resident of West Creek was arrested in the area of the 900 block of Main Street for multiple contempt of court warrants out of Monmouth County Superior Court and Asbury Park. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Jesse Kendle was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 13 a 22-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 800 block of Bangs Avenue for multiple contempt of court warrants out of Newton. The male was processed at headquarters and released on his own recognizance with a pending court date. Patrolman Daryl Whitley was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 14 a 44-year-old male resident of Toms River, was arrested in the area of the 700 block of Main Street and charged with defiant trespass. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Marc Caldwell was the arresting officer.
On Nov.14 17-year-old female resident of Oceanport was arrested in the area of Springwood Avenue and Prospect Avenue and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance-heroin and Xanax and possession of drug paraphernalia. The female was processed at headquarters and released on summonses into the care of a guardian. Patrolman Vincent Gargiulo was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 14 a 35-year-old male resident of Howell Township was arrested in the area of Springwood Avenue and Prospect Avenue and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance-heroin and Xanax, distribution of the same, distribution of the same within a school zone, distribution of the same within public housing zone, possession of drug paraphernalia and employing a juvenile in a drug distribution scheme. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Vincent Gargiulo was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 15 a 33-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1000 block of Bangs Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled dangerous substance-cocaine. The male was processed at headquarters and released on summonses into the care of a responsible party. Patrolman Sean McGrady was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 15 a 26-year-old male resident of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of the 10 block of Atkins Avenue and charged with two counts of criminal mischief, two counts of Theft by unlawful Taking, Obstruction of the Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest. The male was also found to have a contempt of court warrant out of Asbury Park, NJ. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Detective Terrence McGhee was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 16 a 24-year-old female resident of Manahawkin was arrested in the area of the 200 block of Main Street and charged with Disorderly Conduct, Obstruction of the Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest. The female was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman John Walsh was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 16 a 21-year-old male resident of Belmar, was arrested in the area of the 500 block of Cookman Avenue charged with Obstruction of the Administration of Law. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Anthony Arancio was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 16 a 21-year-old male resident of Surf City was arrested in the area of the 200 block of Main Street and charged with disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Michael Treadway was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 16 a 19-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1200 block of First Avenue and charged with aggravated assault. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Michael Treadway was the arresting Officer.
On Nov. 17 a 30-year-old male resident of Galloway Township was arrested in the area of the First Avenue and Ocean Avenue and charged with driving while intoxicated. The male was processed at headquarters and released on summonses into the care of a responsible party. Patrolman Marc Caldwell was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 17 a 44-year-old male resident of Toms River was arrested in the area of the 700 block of Main Street and charged with defiant trespass. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolwoman Kevin Gutierrez was the arresting officer.
On Nov. 17 a 29-year-old female resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1100 block of Summerfield Avenue for a contempt of court warrant out of Brielle. The female was processed at headquarters and released on her own recognizance with a pending court date. Patrolman John Walsh was the arresting officer.

Officers responded to or initiated 567 calls for service between Nov. 12 and Nov. 18 including 17 motor vehicle accidents; 16 alarms; 5 assaults; 1 burglary report; 2 criminal mischief; 4 crisis interventions; 50 disorderly persons; 3 domestic disputes; 1 fire calls(assist), 30 first aid calls(assist); fraud; 1 harassment; 6 narcotics; 11 thefts; 13 trespassing; 29 suspicious person/vehicle and 15 welfare checks.
