On Nov. 14 on LaReine Avenue Cody R. Clancy, 29 of Wall Township was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, a crack pipe, hindering apprehension and contempt of court following a field contact by patrols. Clancy had lied about his identify in an effort to conceal the fact he had a warrant and after being arrested was found to be in possession of the drugs and paraphernalia. Sgt. On Nov. 26 on Main Street Bismarck A. Loaisiga-Velasquez, 26 of Neptune was arrested and charged with public nuisance and providing false information to the police. Loaisiga-Velasquez was contacted due to his suspicious behavior on the railroad tracks and after a short investigation it was revealed he was lying about his identity.
The Bradley Beach Police Department arrested six individuals on active contempt of court warrants and investigated seven motor vehicle accidents between Nov. 6 and Dec. 9.
