The Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests Dec. 24 through Dec. 30:
On Dec. 24 a 52-year-old male resident of Long Branch was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Memorial Drive and charged with receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Samuel Rodriguez was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 24 a 53-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 100 block Memorial Drive for multiple contempt of court warrants out of Ocean Township and Neptune. The male was processed at headquarters and then turned over to the Ocean Township Police Department. Patrolman Kevin Gutierrez was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 24 a 40-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1200 block of Washington Avenue and charged with burglary, unlawful possession of a weapon-knife, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and certain persons not to possess weapons. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Dewitt Bacon was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 26 a 33-year-old male resident of Belmar was arrested in the area of the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue and charged with defiant trespass. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Officer Bryce Bradforth was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 27 a 54-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue and charged with defiant trespass, possession of a controlled dangerous substance-crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Matthew Buttermark was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 27 a 45-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue and charged with defiant trespass. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Matthew Buttermark was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 27 a 26-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the area of the 1000 block of Springwood Avenue and charged with defiant trespass. The male was also found to have a contempt of court warrant out of Ocean Township. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons for the Asbury Park charge and on his own recognizance for the warrant. Patrolman Michael Treadway was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 27 a 22-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1100 block of Atlantic Avenue and charged with defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Anthony Fiorentino was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 28 a 22-year-old male resident of Freehold Township, was arrested in the area of the 900 block of Kingsley Street and charged with disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Steven McCarthy was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 28 a 23-year-old male resident of Virginia Beach, VA was arrested in the area of the 200 block of Main Street and charged with disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Michael Treadway was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 28 a 35-year-old female resident of Old Bridge, was arrested in the area of the 800 block of Ocean Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct. The female was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Marc Caldwell was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 28 a 32-year-old male resident of Freehold was arrested in the area of Main Street and Second Avenue and driving while intoxicated. The vehicle the male was operating was towed and held as per John’s Law. The male was processed at headquarters and released into the care of a responsible party. Patrolman Kevin Gutierrez was the arresting officer.
On Dec. 28 a 24-year-old male resident of Freehold was arrested in the area of the 200 block of Elizabeth Avenue and charged with burglary and harassment.
