On Jan. 4 on Main Street Graeme Swann, 40, of Neptune was arrested and charged with defiant trespass, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest after police were called to a local business for an intoxicated subject entering the employee-only area.
Police said Swann was found aggressively and belligerently confronting the staff who advised him he could not be in the area. When police arrived he continued his unruly and defiant behavior, police said. Sgt. William Major, Ptlm. Anthony Badalamenti and Ptlm. lan Ambrose handled the call and arrest.
On Jan. 12 on Main Street a Jackson Township man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after police responded to a report of an erratic driver. Upon locating the vehicle and conducting a traffic investigation Ptlm. Edwin Hernandez made the arrest.
The Bradley Beach Police Department arrested one individual on an active contempt of court warrant and investigated two motor vehicle accidents between Jan 6 and Jan. 20.
