Lillian Nazzaro
Lillian Nazzaro, who served as Asbury Park city manager for a year, has resigned.
Nazzaro turned in her resignation two week ago. John B Hayes, who was deputy city manager has been named acting city manager.
Nazzaro spent 20 years in Mercer County government where she rose from deputy county counsel to administrator for five years, the first woman to hold the office. She lives in Hopewell Township.
