The Robinson Ale House on the Asbury Park boardwalk is one of the restaurants on the Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce’s wine tour.
The Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting the Boardwalk Wine Tour on Feb. 23 from noon to 3 p.m.
The event, which started in 2013, features a guided wine sampling at three of Asbury Park’s popular restaurants.
This year’s tour features: Seahorse, Kim Marie’s Eat and Drink Away, and The Robinson Ale House. Participating restaurants take this opportunity to highlight their business by offering guests samples of one or two featured wines and a small bite to compliment their drink and highlight the establishment’s cuisine. Tour guests will receive a signature Love Asbury Park tasting glass and tasting notes booklet as a keepsake of their wine tasting experience.
Tickets for the tour will be sold in advance for $60 per person. As this is an intimate wine tasting experience, space is limited and it sells out quick.
“As one of the Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce signature events, we are thrilled to be hosting the Boardwalk Wine Tour again. Whether you are a true oenophile, or just enjoy a glass of wine with friends, it is a great way to spend a winter afternoon at the Asbury Park Boardwalk!” APCC Executive Director Matthew Whelan said.
Boardwalk Wine Tour tickets will be available on the Asbury Park Chamber’s website AsburyParkChamber.com, through Eventbrite, and by phone (732-775-7676) starting on Fri., Feb. 7 at 10 a.m.
