Payton Cox
Neptune police are seeking the public’s assistance to help locate Payton Cox, 15, of Neptune.
She was last seen in the area of Valley Drive Sun., Feb. 16 at approximately 7:30 p.m. She is five feet eight inches tall and may be traveling to the New York City area.
