On Sun., Feb. 2 Police Officer Seunwoo Kim arrested a 36-year-old Brooklyn, NY male for shoplifting at Max’s Beer, Wine, and Liquor. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately released on a summons pending a future court date. Ptl. Kim was assisted by Sergeant Andrew Hallgring and Police Officere Christopher Devlin.
On Fri., Feb. 7 Police Officer John Flanagan arrested a 29-year-old Neptune City male for driving while intoxicated in the area of Steiner Avenue and Route 35, following a motor vehicle stop for traffic violations. The subject was subsequently taken into custody, processed, and released in accordance with John’s Law. Flanagan was assisted by Police Officer Adam Hubeny.
On Thurs., Feb. 13 Police Officer Cole Emmons arrested a 30-year-old Asbury Park male for an outstanding warrant for his arrest issued by the Colts Neck Municipal Court in the area of Memorial Drive and Evergreen Avenue subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately released on his own recognizance. Emmons was assisted by Sergeant Janell Pyzik.
On Tues., Feb. 25 Police Officer Ayden Miles arrested a 29-year-old Neptune City male for multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest issued by the Wall Township, Tinton Falls, and Howell Township Municipal Courts; in the area of W Sylvania Ave and Flexcraft Way, subsequent to a Field Contact. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately turned over to the Wall Township Police Department. Miles was assisted by Sergeant Nicholas Morgan and Police Officer Adam Hubeny.
On Wed., Feb. 26 Police Officer Zachary Campbell arrested a 53-year-old Neptune City male following a Suspicious Persons investigation, in the area of Oxford Way and Sixth Avenue. The subject was ultimately arrested for lewdness and released on a summons, pending a future court date. Campbell was assisted by Lieutenant Michael Vollbrecht, Sergeant Mark Mazzeo, and Detective Sergeant Thomas Holmstedt.
Despite these charges, all subjects are presumed innocent, until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all the trial rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
