On Mon., March 3, Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 34-year-old Neptune City female for disorderly conduct in the area of Springdale Avenue and Summerlan Place. The subject was ultimately released on a summons pending a future court date. Ptl. Flanagan was assisted by Sgt.Mark Mazzeo and Patrolman Adam Hubeny.
On Tues., March 4, Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 50-year-old Point Pleasant male for theft at Stop and Shop. The subject was subsequently taken into custody, processed, and released on a summons pending a future court date. Patrolman Flanagan was assisted by Sgt. Janell Pyzik.
On Fri., March 7, Det. Sgt. Thomas Holmstedt arrested and charged a 28-year-old Ocean Township male with murder and weapons offenses, from an incident that occurred on March 4 in the area of W Sylvania Avenue and Oliver Drive. Det.Sgt. Thomas Holmstedt was the Primary Detective from the Neptune City Police Department, and Detective Stephen Cavendish was the Primary Detective from the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office. They were assisted by Lieutenant Michael Vollbrecht, Detective James Vanetten, and numerous members of the Monmouth County Prosecutors Office.
On Fri., March 7, Patrolman Adam Hubeny arrested a 51-year-old Asbury Park male for defiant trespassing, at the Gables Shopping Center. The subject was released on scene with a summons, pending a future court date. Ptl. Hubeny was assisted by Patrolman John Flanagan.
On Fri., March 7, Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 42-year-old Asbury Park male, in the area of 2000 Sixth Ave, for theft of property and forgery. On Fri., March 14, Patrolman Christopher Devlin arrested a 27-year-old South Amboy male for an outstanding warrant for his arrest issued by Marlboro Township in the area of Route 35 and Third Avenue, subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately released on bail. Ptl. Devlin was assisted by Patrolman Seunwoo Kim.
On Fri., March 14, Patrolman Seunwoo Kim arrested a 53-year-old Neptune City male for Driving While Intoxicated in the area of Steiner Avenue and State Route 35, following a motor vehicle stop for traffic violations. The subject was subsequently taken into custody, processed, and released in accordance with John’s Law. Patrolman Kim was assisted by Ptl. Christopher Devlin and Asbury Park Police Department Officer Flores.
On Wed., March 19, Patrolman Seunwoo Kim arrested a 36-year-old Neptune City male for theft at Foleys Liquors. The male was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately released on a summons pending a future court date. Ptl. Kim was assisted by Ptl. Christopher Devlin.
On Fri., March 21, Patrolman Ayden Miles arrested a 29-year-old Saint Albans, New York male for trespassing, subsequent to a field contact in the Neptune City Shopping Center. Additionally, the male was processed on an active warrant issued by Jersey City Municipal Court. The subject was taken into custody and ultimately turned over to the Jersey City Police Department. Ptl. Miles was assisted by Sergeant Janell Pyzik and Patrolman Cole Emmons.
On Fri., March 21, Patrolman Cole Emmons arrested a 20-year-old male from Freehold male for Misrepresentation of age to purchase alcohol, at Pete and Eldas. The subject was ultimately released on a summons, pending a future court date. Ptl. Emmons was assisted by Sergeant Janell Pyzik.
On Mon., March 24, Patrolman Seunwoo Kim arrested a 20-year-old male from Asbury Park for shoplifting at Stop and Shop. The subject was taken into custody, processed, and released on a summons, pending a future court date. Ptl. Kim was assisted by Sergeant Nicholas Morgan.
On Wed., March 26, Patrolman Seunwoo Kim arrested a 24-year-old male from Neptune for warrants for his arrest issued by the Neptune Township Municipal Court and Wall Township Municipal Court; subsequent to a motor vehicle stop. The male was taken into custody, processed, and ultimately turned over to the Wall Township Police Department. Ptl. Kim was assisted by Sergeant Nicholas Morgan.
