3 False Public Alarms at Gym

July 14: During the early morning hours, officers stopped a 20-year old Long Branch man for an equipment violation and found he was unlicensed (never having had a license). He was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. Ptl Williams was the arresting officer.
July 15: After observing a 31-year old Bronx, NY, woman driving erratically, police stopped and arrested her for DWI. She was also found to be in possession marijuana (under 50 grams). She was processed and released, to a responsible/sober adult, on 6 motor vehicle summonses and 1 criminal summons for the CDS. Her vehicle was also impounded. Ptl Williams was the arresting officer.
July 15: Police charged a 46-year old Brooklyn woman with driving while suspended, after stopping her vehicle. She was processed and released on a summons, with a pending court date. The vehicle was released to a properly licensed driver. Sgt DiBona was the arresting officer.
July 15: After stopping a 36-year old Oakhurst man for an equipment violation, officers discovered he was driving without a license (never having had a license). He was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. The registered owner of the vehicle was also issued a summons, for allowing an unlicensed driver to operated her vehicle. Ptl Carafa was the arresting officer.
July 15: Officers responded to a Spier Avenue apartment for a report of a domestic dispute. The matter was resolved while officers were on location and no charges were filed against either party. Ptl Carafa and SO II Byrne were the responding officers.
July 16: Officers charged a 56-year old Deal man with driving while suspended, after stopping his vehicle for a moving violation. He was processed and issued 2 summonses, with a pending court date. His vehicle was released to a properly licensed driver. Sgt DiBona was the arresting officer.
July 16: Police charged a 46-year old Oakhurst man with reckless driving after observing him driving erratically on Borough streets. He was issued a summons, with a pending court date. Sgt Lipari was officer involved.
July 17: After stopping a 24-year old Eatontown woman, police charged he with driving while suspended. She was processed and released on a summons, with a pending court date. Her vehicle was released to a properly licensed driver. Sgt DiBona was the arresting officer.
July 18: Police charged a 46-year old Neptune City woman with driving while suspended, after stopping her vehicle. She was processed and released on a summons, with a pending court date. SO II McLearen was the arresting officer.
July 20: During the late night hours, officers stopped a male and female, who were observed arguing, as they walked along Ocean Avenue. When officers checked the subjects for warrants, the male subject was arrested on multiple warrants, out of Neptune City, Brick Township, Shrewsbury and Asbury Park. He was processed and turned over to officers from Neptune City, in default of bail. The female was also arrested on active warrants out of Jackson and Hamilton Twp. She was processed and turned over to officers from Jackson Township, in default of bail. No local charges were filed against either party. Ptl Rapolla and Ptl Williams were the arresting officers.
July 21: During the early morning hours, police arrested a 30-year old Long Branch woman on DWI charges, after stopping her vehicle for driving erratically. She was processed and released on summonses for DWI, reckless driving, failure to have headlights one, failure to keep right, and being an licensed driver (never having had a license). Her blood alcohol level was found to be twice the legal limit. She was released into the custody of a responsible/sober adult & her vehicle was also impounded. Ptl Rapolla was the arresting officer.
July 21: During the early morning hours, police arrested a 35-year old W. Long Branch woman on DWI related charges, after stopping her vehicle for driving erratically. She was later found to be almost twice the legal limit. She was processed and issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving, maintenance of lamps and careless driving. Her vehicle was also impounded. She was released into the custody of a responsible/sober adult. Ptl Williams was the arresting officer.
July 21: Police responded to Main Street for a report of a pedestrian hit by a vehicle. The first aid squad was requested to respond to the scene for a report of an elbow injury, but the patient refused medical attention while EMS was on scene. Sgt Lipari and SO II McLearen were the responding officers. The matter remains an active investigation.
July 22: Officers received a report of a domestic-related incident that had occurred on Elberon Avenue. The complainant was granted a temporary restraining order, after speaking with the Municipal Judge.
July 24: After stopping a 34-year old Neptune Twp man for speeding, police discovered the subject was unlicensed (never having had a license). He was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. SO II Griffin was the arresting officer.
July 25: Police charged a 40-year old Long Branch woman with driving unlicensed (never having had a license), after stopping her vehicle for an equipment violation. She was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. SO II McLearen was the arresting officer.
Between  July 13 and July 26 police responded to 8 residential and commercial alarms.
Police also arrested 2 other individuals on outstanding Allenhurst warrants, 1 of which was transported to the County Jail, in default of bail.
Police addressed 13 Borough Ordinance and Code violations  and officers also checked on 3 incidents of suspicious persons and/or vehicles.
The Allenhurst Police Dept. also had 4 instances of assisting another agency.
