Ocean Township police are seeking a man who stole packages off front porches Jan. 8.
Police said officers responded to two calls of packages being stolen off of front porches. One of the thefts occurred on Logan Road and the other on Chatham Avenue. Both victims were able to provide video of the suspect. The suspect in both thefts is described as wearing a white colored hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, a black colored vest, dark colored pants, a face mask and sunglasses. The suspect was wearing a black colored backpack and carrying plastic bags.
Police ask the the public to contact them if they have any information or can identify the suspect. Call police at 732-531-1800. Detective Michael Legg has been assigned the case.
