All classes in the Asbury Park school district will remain on full-remote instruction tentatively through Jan. 19 (subject to change based on data from the local health department).
Any teacher who wants to go into schools to deliver remote instruction may make the request in writing and submit it to their building administration.
All other staff are required to report in-person, daily to their regularly assigned building. Students will not be onsite. School officials said, however, all four of the schools and district offices will remain open in an effort to provide assistance to parents and families who need it.
This decision was made based on information provided by the Monmouth County Health Department.
