Assemblywoman Mary Pat Angelini was recently honored by a group that supports women business owners.
Angelini was honored by the Shore chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners which is an organization that seeks to help future and current female business owners in the Jersey Shore.
“I am honored to receive this award from this organization that recognizes and supports women as leaders in the business world,” said Angelini. “There are many challenges to running a successful business and I am committed to advancing opportunities for women business owners to succeed in New Jersey.”
Angelini received the Rose and Scroll Award, which is given to a non-member of the NJAWBO who serves as role model for women in the business world and has assisted women.
“As the CEO of a non- profit, I have seen how difficult it is to run a business in New Jersey,” said Angelini. “I look forward to continuing to advocate for business and women, in particular, who play such a vital role in our economic well-being.”
