The Victorian-era, three-story house of Richard and Johna Karpinski, built in 1883, stands in the middle of Webb Avenue in Asbury Park on Wed., June 29. The house was being moved across the street from its former location at 209 Seventh Avenue to a vacant lot a 301 Seventh Avenue. The house was originally scheduled for demolition under the city’s waterfront redevelopment plan.
