The annual Asbury Park Oysterfest will be held September 6 to 8 across from Convention Hall.
As in the past, the APMF will have a vendor booth and will be selling merchandise and spreading the good word about the foundation throughout the weekend.
Volunteers are needed to help staff the booth in shifts.
Shifts are as follows: Fri., Sept. 6 – one shift at 12 noon to help load in and set up; Fri., Sept. 6 – two shifts: 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Sat. Sept. 7 – three shifts, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.; 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.; 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.; Sun., Sept. 8 – two shifts: 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Volunteers are free to submit their parking for reimbursement.
Oysterfest is presented by the AP Chamber of Commerce and is their biggest fundraising event.
The Chamber allows APMF to participate at no cost and has always been a great supporter of the Foundation.
