Cave meals, prepared by Chef Doug Stehle, offer a convenient way to feed your body nutritiously all week long without sacrificing taste or blowing your budget.
The menu is suitable for those who are gluten intolerant or simply want to lose or maintain their weight.
A release from the restaurant says unfortunately much of the food available today comes from poor food sources often with chemicals and preservative that our bodies are not designed to process.

Chef Doug leveraged his classic culinary education and 20 years of experience to use only wholesome ingredients in his kitchen and clean cooking methods.
He has worked in the food industry for many years including fine dining to catering and food services management at universities, including Princeton and Monmouth University and hospitals.
Orders of eight nutritious portioned gluten-free meals can be made on Sunday for Monday pickup.
The cost for eight meals is $100.
Payment may be made at pick up at Cave located at 515 Sylvania Ave.
