A Chinese New Year event featuring a buffet and entertainment is scheduled for Sat., Jan. 25 at the Asbury Park Wall Elks lodge beginning at 5 p.m.
The event features a buffet of wonton soup, fried rise, lo mein, egg rolls, sesame chcken and beef and broccoli. The buffet runs from 5 to 7 p.m.
Karaoke follows with DJ Travis. Members and their guests are welcome.
Seating is limited. Those planning on attending can purchase advance tickets at the lodge bar. The lodge is open daily and is located at 3409 W. Bangs Ave., Neptune.
