The Technical Review Committee of Asbury Park is scheduled to meet May 18 at 2 p.m. in the Municipal Council Chambers, City Hall, to review a proposed 21-unit residential development to be located at 216 Cookman Ave., where Tandem Cycle is located. It is being presented by Asbury Partners. The public is welcome to attend.
