According to the caller, Bailey’s message was that he was going to shoot up a school, like in Texas.  This prompted the Asbury Park Police Department to notify the school district, who in turn placed the schools in a lockdown status.

Bailey’s present Asbury Park address was checked which resulted in him not being located.  A clothing description and photograph was relayed to units canvasing the city.  He was located approximately  20 minutes later in the municipal lot.

He was taken into custody and charged with terroristic threats.  He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Plainfield..  Due to additional statements and behavior he displayed, he was taken to a local hospital for a crisis evaluation.  He currently remains in police custody.
