This building on Bangs Avenue in Asbury Park replaces the 1930 building.

Asbury Park developer Sackman Enterprises is now leasing retail space in its new building at 527 Bangs Ave.
The new four-story structure at the corner of Bangs Avenue and Emory Street includes six spaces for retail, a total of 5,058-square-feet, and 41 one and two-bedroom apartments on the three upper floors. The retail spaces are expected to be ready for occupancy by the late summer of 2023, according to Sackman.
The new building replaces a two story brick structure built in 1930 that had retail businesses on the ground floor and offices on the second floor. The new building adds new residential units in downtown Asbury Park but no date for their opening has been set. The old brick building was razed to make way for the new construction.
