Nov. 9
Main Street: Kenneth Winnik, 62, of Fords was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said Fords struck two parked cars causing significant damage to all vehicles involved. Sgt. William Major, Det. Gregory Pancza, Ptlm. Justin Poblete and Ptlm. Sean Johnsen all responded to the incident.
Nov. 23
John Scott Jr., 35, of Neptune City was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Scott struck a street sign while trying to park then fled the scene. Ptm. Sean Johnsen located Scott and subsequently arrested him for the crime. Ptlm. Anthony Badalamenti assisted in the investigation.
Nov. 28
Beach Avenue: Lateef 0. Scott, 43, of Bradley Beach was arrested and charged with failing to re-register under Megan’s Law. Detectives from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and Lt. Anthony Murray handled the investigation and arrest.
Dec. 2
Erin McGuinness, 26. of LaReine Avenue was arrested and charged with False Public Alarms after she pulled the fire alarm in her apartment complex when there was no fire nor emergency. Det. Gregory Pancza made the arrest.
The Bradley Beach Police Department investigated 11 motor vehicle accidents between Nov. 6 and Dec. 4.
