Bradley Beach arrested a borough man Dec. 26 and charged him with theft. Police said Michael J. Capodanno, 41, of Main Street was charged following an investigation. It is alleged that the suspect was attempting to use a credit card stolen from a local adult health care center to buy cigarettes. The business, however, determined this was suspicious and called police. Police Officer Rafiq Pickett led the investigation and made the arrest.
The police department arrested on individual on an active contempt of court warrant and investigated two motor vehicle accidents between Dec. 21 and Jan. 8.
