Bagpipers, mummers, floats and marching bands are planned for the Asbury Park St. Patrick’s Day Parade Sun., March 10. The parade is scheduled to step off at 1 p.m. at the oceanfront and march down Cookman Avenue ending at Johnny Mac’s House of Spirits on Main Street
