“Thank You, Neighbor” forms, a way of honoring good neighbors, are available at the Bradley Beach Public Library.
They can be dropped at the library, 511 Fourth Avenue, or emailed to neighbor@bradleybeachlibrary.org. The deadline is Friday, Sept. 12.
“Don’t miss a chance to recognize your good neighbors,” said Library Director Janet Torsney. “There’s no limit to the number of neighbors who can be recognized.”
The “Thank You, Neighbor” celebration will be held at the library Saturday, Sept. 27, from 1 to 3 p.m.
“We are delighted with the response to our Good Neighbor celebration,” Torsney said. “People have been recognized for everything from emergency plumbing repair and snow-removal to a ride to the station and a kind word. It’s a wonderful chance to salute the people who make Bradley Beach such a great place.”
“Thank you, Neighbor” is sponsored by the library Board of Trustees and Friends of the Library.
