During the early morning hours, officers stopped a 24-year-old Maryland man for an equipment violation and found he was driving with a suspended drivers license. He was processed and released on four summonses, with a pending court date. Sgt Lipari was the arresting officer.

After stopping a 32-year0old Oceanport man, for a speeding violation, police subsequently arrested the subject on DWI related charges. After processing was completed (including a drug recognition evaluation), officers issued the subject 3 summonses, with a pending court date. His vehicle was also impounded. Ptl Williams was the arresting officer.

Police are investigating a couple of malicious mischief incidents found around town. The matter remains an active investigation. Sgt Lipari is the investigating officer.

After stopping a 25-year old Asbury Park woman for a moving violation, police found she was unlicensed (never having had a license). She was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. The registered owner of the vehicle was also issued a summons for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate their vehicle. Ptl Eustace was the arresting officer.

Police arrested a 25-year-old Neptune man on an outstanding warrant, out of Allenhurst. He was processed and released on his own recognizance, with a new court date. Ptl Bailey was the arresting officer.

During the early morning hours, officers stopped a 24-year-old Chester man for an equipment violation and subsequently arrested him on DWI related charges. He was found to be almost twice the legal limit. He was processed and released, to a responsible/sober adult, after being issued 3 summonses. His vehicle was also impounded. Ptl Williams was the arresting officer.

After stopping a 42-year-old West Long Branch man for a motor vehicle violation, police found he was driving with a suspended drivers license. He was processed and released on 1 summons, with a pending court date. The vehicle was released to a properly licensed driver. Ptl Rapolla was the arresting officer.

After stopping a 23-year-old Eatontown man for a motor vehicle violation, police found the man was unlicensed (never having had a license). He was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. Ptl Eustace was the arresting officer.

Officers responded to Main Street for a report of a dispute between two subjects. Officers found the two subjects who were having a verbal dispute over money. The matter was resolved while officers were on location and no charges being filed. Sgt DiBona was the involved officer.

Police stopped a 26-year old Long Branch woman for driving erratically and subsequently arrested her on DWI related charges. She was processed and released to a responsible/sober adult after her BAC was found to be two and a half times the legal limit. She was issued 4 summonses and her vehicle was impounded. Ptl Bailey was the arresting officer.

Officers responded to Police Headquarters for a report of a road rage incident. Both parties were spoken to and advised since the incident took place in Long Branch, complaints would have to be signed in that jurisdiction. Sgt Lipari was the investigating officer.

Police were requested to respond to an Allen Avenue residence for a report of 2 deer stuck in a fence. Once on arrival one of the deer had freed itself, but the other could not. With the permission of the homeowner, officers were able to damage the fence slightly and were able to free the second deer. Ptl Rapolla and Ptl Kroeger were the responding officers.

After stopping a 30-year-old Long Branch woman for a motor vehicle violation, police found the woman was unlicensed (never having had a license). She was processed and released on 2 summonses, with a pending court date. Ptl Rapolla was the arresting officer.

Officers responded to the train station for a report of a disorderly subject on an incoming train. Officers were able to get the subject off the train, without further incident, without further incident, and the subject was turned over to NJ Transit Police. Ptl Rapolla and Ptl Kroeger were the responding officers.
